Q:     How do I place an order?
A:     To place an order, click on the Browse Our Catalog link in the upper right corner. You will be able
         to add/delete/update items within your cart. Once you have filled your shopping cart with the
         desired products, you can proceed to checkout.

         After filling our your shipping/billing information, you will be given an order number. This is the
         number that represents your order in our system. If you have any questions regarding the PTCB

Q:     When will my order be shipped?
A:     If FedEx Ground is selected, orders normally ship within 24 hours. FedEx Next Day Air, 2-Day
         Air, and 3-Day Service will ship same day if ordered by 3 pm EST, otherwise the following
         business day. USPS Priority Mail orders ship within 3 business days.

Q:     Why doesn’t PTCB show on my credit card statement?
A:     We are the fulfillment center for PTCB. All shipping and billing is handled through us, therefore
          your statement will reflect this and show Source4 and not PTCB.
