Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, click on the PTCB Store link in the upper left corner. You will be able
to add/delete/update items within your cart. Once you have filled your shopping cart with the
desired products, you can proceed to checkout.
After filling out your shipping/billing information, you will be given an order number. This is the
number that represents your order in our system. If you have any questions regarding the PTCB
store, please contact ptcb@source4.com.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3-Day Select orders will ship same day if ordered by Noon (EST).
All Other orders (UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Flat Rate)
normally ship within 1-3 business days. Orders ship from New Jersey.
Q: Why doesn’t PTCB show on my credit card statement?
A: We are the fulfillment center for PTCB. All shipping and billing is handled through us, therefore
your statement will reflect this and show Source4 and not PTCB.
